CRITIQUE CHALLENGE

        The chosen animation at the aesthetic  design is Larva Cartoon. The  criteria have been set based on emotivism i.e. smile, sadly, loving and friendly. Audience should be start to smile from ear to ear  in the five minutes early watching the animation in relaxing time because the story  is a very funny as the characters until the audience smiling. The audient also should be feel sad while watching the sad sense the animation because it can give some lesson to the audience. Audience also should feeling loving  within people when watching the romantic sense in the animation, because the sense make people feel want to love someone like the character acting. The animation must show the friendly characters that can follow by the audience after they watching the videos. I have chosen the Larva Cartoon for my animation video to make an evaluation. There is have three criteria in the animation that appropriate the character that I chose. The criteria is smile, sadly, and loving. As we can see the character in this animation have a loving couple and they feel sad because the heroin want to leave the hero.  It make the audience smile when watching this video.  But one of my criteria is not appropriate with the animation, the criteria is friendly.   In  my opinion, friendly criteria should  have in this animation video because it can show how we can appreciate friends in our live. For me, friends is important  in this animation because without friends we are lonely in this world.                

               My friend has been set their own criteria. First, Nurul Farhana has set four criteria, there is nationalism, loving, helping and beuty.  Hazleen Anylia has set crying, sympathy, laugh and happy. Then, Dalila Sha’irah has set the criteria is logical thinking, understand, moral value and the last criteria is happy ending. Among my friend, there is similarity with my friends, Nurul Farhana. The criteria is loving. What I can see in this discussion, everyone have their own perception about how to evaluate the animation. Different people, have a different opinion. For example, we choose the same animation, the animation is Larva, but we have choose different criteria to evaluate the video. It we can see in this discussion, we have been take decision that, we take the best two criteria from each other. The criteria that we choose is appropriate with the evaluation concept. The criteria from Nurul Farhana  is nationalism and beuty . Second is Hazleen Anylia sympathy and happy. Criteria from Dalila sha’irah is logical thinking and moral value and from myself, I choose criteria is loving and friendly. This criteria, we use to evaluate the Larva.            

             Conclusion about the evaluation concept, there is four. Subjectivism, objectivism, relativism and emotivism. From this, everyone choose one and after that, we set the criteria.  Everyone have their own criteria to evaluate the animation. Lastly, we decide to choose eight the best criteria. We hope criteria will help us to evaluate the animation. No one can say no to take criteria that we chosen because everybody have their own opinion and perception.
